This bill would require housing developers of certain housing development projects that receive city financial assistance to pay their workers a minimum combined wage and essential benefits package of at least $40 per hour with no less than $25 of that package being wages.

This bill would require the Police Commissioner to publish a transparency report on the New York Police Department’s (NYPD) plan to address and contain the risk of physical obstruction, physical injury, intimidation and interference at entrances to and exits from certain educational facilities in the City, through the use of security perimeters.

This bill would require hotel operators to obtain a license in order to operate a hotel in the City.

This bill would prohibit standing or parking a vehicle within 20 feet of a crosswalk at an intersection, and require citywide community education and outreach efforts with regard to the change.

This bill would require certain developers of economic development projects receiving $1 million or more in financial assistance from the City or a City economic development entity to provide prevailing wages to workers performing construction work at such economic development projects..
