R. 6603 IN THE HOUSE OF REPRESENTATIVES December 10, 2025 Mr. Torres of New York (for himself and Ms. Clarke of New York ) introduced the following bill; which was referred to the Committee on Natural Resources A BILL To amend the Federal Lands Recreation Enhancement Act to waive entrance fees to national parks on Federal holidays, and for other purposes. 1. Short title This Act may be cited as the Our Parks Act . 2. Waiver of entrance fees on Federal holidays Section 803(e) of the Federal Lands Recreation Enhancement Act ( 16 U.S.C. 6802(e) ) is amended by adding at the end the following: (3) Federal holidays For each unit of the National Park System or National Wildlife Refuge System at which an entrance fee is charged under paragraph (1), the Secretary shall not charge an entrance fee for entrance on a Federal holiday listed in section 6103 of title 5, United States Code. .
