1. Short title This Act may be cited as the Our Parks Act .
2Waiver of entrance fees on Federal holidays
This section would add a new rule to the Federal Lands Recreation Enhancement Act. At any unit of the National Park System or the National Wildlife Refuge System where an entrance fee is otherwise charged, the Secretary would not be allowed to charge that entrance fee for a person entering on a Federal holiday listed in section 6103 of title 5, United States Code. In other words, entry to those parks and refuges would be free on Federal holidays even though an entrance fee applies on other days.

2. Waiver of entrance fees on Federal holidays Section 803(e) of the Federal Lands Recreation Enhancement Act ( 16 U.S.C. 6802(e) ) is amended by adding at the end the following: (3) Federal holidays For each unit of the National Park System or National Wildlife Refuge System at which an entrance fee is charged under paragraph (1), the Secretary shall not charge an entrance fee for entrance on a Federal holiday listed in section 6103 of title 5, United States Code. .
