Enhancing Science, Treatment, and Upkeep of America’s Resilient and Important Estuarine Systems Act or the ESTUARIES Act This bill reauthorizes through FY2031 grants provided under the National Estuary Program to protect and restore estuaries of national significance. 1. Short title This Act may be cited as the Enhancing Science, Treatment, and Upkeep of America’s Resilient and Important Estuarine Systems Act or the ESTUARIES Act .

2National Estuary Program

This section would amend section 320(i)(1) of the Federal Water Pollution Control Act (33 U.S.C. 1330(i)(1)) by replacing the year 2026 with 2031 in the text before subparagraph (A), extending the authorization for the National Estuary Program from 2026 through 2031.
