The bill would require DOHMH to develop a health agenda for TGNCNB individuals and intersex individuals that includes strategies for DOHMH to address health inequities identified in the assessment. The bill would require the Commissioner of DOHMH to deliver the results of the assessment no later than September 30, 2027 and to provide a health agenda no later than September 30, 2028 and every 5 years thereafter.
