This bill would establish a program within the Department of Small Business Services (“SBS”) that would provide eligible small businesses with technology literacy training to help improve their services.

This bill would require the Department of Correction, in coordination with Correctional Health Services, to establish and maintain written protocols related to the identification, screening, referral, monitoring, and follow-up care of pregnant or postpartum individuals with mental health needs.

This bill would require the Police Commissioner to publish a transparency report on the New York Police Department’s (NYPD) plan to address and contain the risk of physical obstruction, physical injury, intimidation and interference at entrances to and exits from certain educational facilities in the City, through the use of security perimeters.

This bill would require the Department of Environmental Protection (DEP) to establish a mobile drinking fountain program in coordination with the Department of Transportation, the Department of Parks and Recreation, and other relevant agencies.

This bill would require the mayor to establish a program that would coordinate inspections and plan reviews among agencies to cut down on the time for new businesses to open.

This bill would co-name 103 thoroughfares and public places, based on requests of Council Members whose district includes the location.

This bill would require the Chancellor of the City School District to publish on the Department of Education (DOE) website, DOE’s policies and procedures to approve an algorithmic tool for use by DOE.
