This bill would require all bodegas, delis, and dukkans to prominently display a sign near each store entrance or cash register, with a warning that assaulting retail workers is a felony punishable by up to 25 years’ imprisonment.

This bill would prohibit standing or parking a vehicle within 20 feet of a crosswalk at an intersection, and require citywide community education and outreach efforts with regard to the change.

This bill would require the inspecting entity of a periodic gas piping inspection be either a licensed master plumber or a licensed journeyman plumber working under the direct supervision of a licensed master plumber.

This bill would require housing developers of certain housing development projects that receive city financial assistance to pay their workers a minimum combined wage and essential benefits package of at least $40 per hour with no less than $25 of that package being wages.
