ORIGINAL House Bill No. HB0025 ENROLLED ACT NO. 14, HOUSE OF REPRESENTATIVES SIXTY-EIGHTH LEGISLATURE OF THE STATE OF WYOMING 2026 Budget Session AN ACT relating to Wyoming's tomorrow scholarship program; eliminating the continuous enrollment requirement to maintain scholarship eligibility; repealing a provision of law; and providing for an effective date. Be It Enacted by the Legislature of the State of Wyoming: Section 1. W.S. 21-16-1904(c)(iv) is repealed. Section 2. This act is effective July 1, 2026.
