Analysis by the Legislative Reference Bureau This bill authorizes the following four additional full-time positions for the Department of Justice: two Internet crimes against children criminal analysts, one Internet crimes against children outreach specialist, and one Internet crimes against children digital evidence examiner. For further information see the state fiscal estimate, which will be printed as an appendix to this bill. The people of the state of Wisconsin, represented in senate and assembly, do enact as follows: Section 1. Nonstatutory provisions. (1) Internet crimes against children positions. (a) Criminal analyst positions. The authorized FTE positions for the department of justice are increased by 2.0 GPR Internet crimes against children criminal analyst positions, to be funded from the appropriation under s. 20.455 (2) (a). (b) Outreach specialist position. The authorized FTE positions for the department of justice are increased by 1.0 GPR Internet crimes against children outreach specialist position, to be funded from the appropriation under s. 20.455 (2) (a). (c) Digital evidence examiner position. The authorized FTE positions for the department of justice are increased by 1.0 GPR Internet crimes against children digital evidence examiner position, to be funded from the appropriation under s. 20.455 (2) (a).
