CHAPTER 284 An Act to amend and reenact the eighth enactment of Chapter 780 of the Acts of Assembly of 2024, relating to temporary detention; certified evaluators; sunset extended. [S 735] Approved April 6, 2026 Be it enacted by the General Assembly of Virginia: 1. That the eighth enactment of Chapter 780 of the Acts of Assembly of 2024 is amended and reenacted as follows: 8.
