CHAPTER 55 An Act to repeal the third enactment of Chapter 211 of the Acts of Assembly of 2024, relating to developmental disability waivers; financial eligibility standards; sunset repeal. [H 37] Approved April 6, 2026 Be it enacted by the General Assembly of Virginia: 1. That the third enactment of Chapter 211 of the Acts of Assembly of 2024 is repealed.
