What it does
TNC partners; requirements and background screening. Changes the requirements for background screening of a transportation network company (TNC) partner to specify that background checks are not to be limited to a specific period of time, except as required by law, and shall include all addresses at which such TNC partner has resided since the age of 18. The bill also changes the entity by which persons conducting background checks for TNC partners are required to be accredited to the Profession
