1. Short title
This Act may be cited as the Military Access to Reproductive Care and Health for Military Servicemembers Act or the MARCH for Military Servicemembers Act .
2Restoration of previous policy regarding restriction on use of medical facilities and funds of Department of Defense for abortion care
This section would repeal section 1093 of title 10, United States Code, the provision that restricts the use of Department of Defense medical facilities and funds for abortion care. Removing that section would take away the restriction it imposes, restoring the policy that existed before section 1093 was in place. (a) Repeal
Section 1093 of title 10, United States Code, is repealed.
(b) Clerical amendment
The table of sections at the beginning of chapter 55 of such title is amended by striking the item relating to section 1093.
