This section would add College Station as an additional place where court is held for the Texas district court division described in section 124(b)(2) of title 28, United States Code. Court for that division could then be held in College Station along with the location or locations already named in that paragraph.

3: Organization of California district courts
This section would add El Centro as an additional place where court is held for the Southern District of California, under section 84(d) of title 28, United States Code, naming it right after San Diego. Court for that district could then be held at both San Diego and El Centro.
