2: Scarper Ridge boundary adjustment

This section would expand the official boundary of the Golden Gate National Recreation Area. It does this by adding a new item to the list of lands included in the recreation area's boundary under section 2(a)(2) of Public Law 92-589 (16 U.S.C. 460bb-1(a)(2)), the law that set up the recreation area's boundaries. The added item covers land generally shown as 'Proposed Boundary Addition' on a specific map, titled 'Golden Gate National Recreation Area Proposed Boundary Addition,' numbered 641/193973 and dated July 2024. The bill's title identifies this added land as the Scarper Ridge property. As a result, this land would become part of the Golden Gate National Recreation Area's boundary.
