Lowey Community Learning Centers program for fiscal years 2026 through 2035, and for other purposes. 1. Short title This Act may be cited as the Afterschool for All Act . 2. Expanding the Community Learning Centers program (a) Authorization of appropriations Section 4206 of the Elementary and Secondary Education Act of 1965 ( 20 U.S.C. 7176 ) is amended by striking $1,000,000,000 for fiscal year 2017 and all that follows through 2020 and inserting $10,000,000,000 for each of fiscal years 2026 through 2035, to remain available until expended . (b) Amendment to program name (1) In general The heading of part B of title IV of the Elementary and Secondary Education Act of 1965 ( 20 U.S.C. 7171 et seq. ) is amended by striking 21ST CENTURY . (2) Table of contents The table of contents of the Elementary and Secondary Education Act of 1965 ( 20 U.S.C. 6301 et seq. ) is amended, in the item relating to part B of title IV, by striking 21st Century . (c) Corporate tax rate (1) In general Section 11(b) of the Internal Revenue Code of 1986 is amended by striking 21 and inserting 22 . (2) Effective date The amendment made by this subsection shall apply to taxable years beginning after the date of the enactment of this Act.
