1. Short title
This Act may be cited as the Nutria Eradication and Control Reauthorization Act of 2025 .
2Reauthorization of Nutria Eradication and Control Act of 2003
This section would change a date in the Nutria Eradication and Control Act of 2003. In Section 3(e) of that Act (16 U.S.C. 8102(e)), it would replace the year 2025 with 2030, extending that authorization from 2025 to 2030. It would also make a technical correction to Section 3(a) of that Act (16 U.S.C. 8102(a)), removing a comma that currently follows the word "Secretary)."

(a) In general
Section 3(e) of the Nutria Eradication and Control Act of 2003 ( 16 U.S.C. 8102(e) ) is amended by striking 2025 and inserting 2030 .
(b) Technical correction
Section 3(a) of the Nutria Eradication and Control Act of 2003 ( 16 U.S.C. 8102(a) ) is amended by striking Secretary ), and inserting Secretary ) .
