1. Short title This Act may be cited as the The Restrict Ugly Money Portraits of 2025 or the TRUMP Act of 2025 .

2Prohibition on certain representations on United States coins and currency

This section would add a new subsection to section 5112 of title 31 of the United States Code. It would prohibit including a portrait or bust of any living President in the design of any United States coin or currency, including commemorative coins. Separately, it would prohibit including a portrait or bust of any living person, President or not, in the design of any United States currency.
