This Act may be cited as the Common-Sense Law Enforcement and Accountability Now in DC Act or the CLEAN DC Act .
2Repeal of Comprehensive Policing and Justice Reform Amendment Act of 2022
This section would repeal the Comprehensive Policing and Justice Reform Amendment Act of 2022, a District of Columbia Council law (D.C. Law 24-345). Any provision of law that the 2022 D.C. Act had amended or repealed would be restored or revived to read as it did before the 2022 D.C. Act took effect, as if the 2022 D.C. Act had never been enacted.

2. Repeal of Comprehensive Policing and Justice Reform Amendment Act of 2022
