1. National Volcano Early Warning and Monitoring System reauthorization Section 5001(c) of the John D. Dingell, Jr. Conservation, Management, and Recreation Act ( 43 U.S.C. 31k(c) ) is amended— (1) in paragraph (1)— (A) by striking United States Geological Survey and inserting Secretary ; and (B) by striking 2019 through 2023 and inserting 2026 through 2030 ; and (2) in paragraph (2)— (A) by striking National Oceanic and Atmospheric Administration and inserting Secretary of Commerce ; and (B) by striking 2023 through 2024 and inserting 2026 through 2030 .
