West Bank Violence Prevention Act of 2025

The bill would require the President to sanction any foreign person responsible for actions or policy failures that threaten the peace, security, or stability of the West Bank, for violence, threats, forced displacement, or property destruction or seizure, or for terrorism, plus leaders of groups tied to those acts and people who support or are controlled by a sanctioned person. Sanctions include asset freezes and visa bans or revocations, though some admissions are allowed for treaty obligations or law enforcement needs, and waivers are available for national security reasons.
