Elimination of requirements concerning the Republic of Cyprus (a) Elimination of limitations and exclusions regarding defense articles Section 1250A of the National Defense Authorization Act for Fiscal Year 2020 ( 22 U.S.C. 2373 note) is amended— (1) in the heading, by striking Repeal of prohibition on and inserting Sense of Congress regarding ; (2) in subsection (a), by striking (a) Sense of Congress .—It is the sense of Congress that— and inserting the following: It is the sense of Congress that— ; and (3) by striking subsections (b), (c), and (d). (b) Elimination of requirements regarding security assistance and certain sales Section 620C of the Foreign Assistance Act of 1961 ( 22 U.S.C. 2373 ) is amended by striking subsections (d) and (e).
