2. Amendment to the supplemental nutrition assistance program
Section 5 of the Food and Nutrition Act of 2008 ( 7 U.S.C. 2014 ) is amended by striking subsection (l).
3Exclusion for income from employment and training program
This section would add a new paragraph (20) to the list of income exclusions in section 5(d) of the Food and Nutrition Act of 2008 (7 U.S.C. 2014(d)), which governs how a household member income is counted for supplemental nutrition assistance program eligibility and benefit purposes. (2) in paragraph (19) by striking the period at the end and inserting ; and , and
