Short title This Act may be cited as the Homeland Operations and Unilateral Tactics Halting Incursions: Preventing Coordinated Subversion, Military Aggression and Lawless Levies Granting Rogue Operatives Unchecked Power Act of 2025 or the HOUTHI PC SMALL GROUP Act of 2025 . 2. Communication of classified information on mobile or desktop messaging application (a) In general Chapter 37 of title 18, United States Code, is amended by inserting after section 798A the following: 798B. Communication of classified information on mobile or desktop messaging application Whoever knowingly communicates, furnishes, transmits, or otherwise makes available any classified information on a mobile or desktop messaging application shall be fined under this title, imprisoned not more than 10 years, or both. . (b) Clerical amendment The table of sections for chapter 37 of title 18, United States Code, is amended by inserting after the item related to section 798A the following: 798B. Communication of classified information on mobile or desktop messaging application. .
