1. Short title This Act may be cited as the Wetlands Conservation and Access Improvement Act of 2025 .

2Availability of interest on obligations held in Federal aid to wildlife restoration fund

This section would amend section 3(b)(2)(C) of the Pittman-Robertson Wildlife Restoration Act (16 U.S.C. 669b(b)(2)(C)) by replacing the year 2026 with the year 2033. Under that provision, interest earned on obligations held in the Federal aid to wildlife restoration fund becomes available for apportionment at the beginning of a specified fiscal year. This section would move that fiscal year from 2026 to 2033, so the interest would not become available for apportionment until the beginning of fiscal year 2033.
