1. Short title This Act may be cited as the Amtrak Executive Bonus Disclosure Act .

2Amtrak reports and audits

This section would amend section 24315(a) of title 49, United States Code, which covers what Amtrak must submit to Congress. Amtrak would have to make that same submission available to the public on Amtrak's website, in addition to submitting it to Congress. This section would also replace the existing paragraph (2) of that subsection with a new requirement that Amtrak provide the annual base pay and any bonus compensation paid to each member of its executive leadership team, including the chief executive officer, the president, and other officers, along with the criteria and metrics used to determine any such bonus compensation.
