2United States Commission on International Religious Freedom

This section would change the authorization of appropriations for the United States Commission on International Religious Freedom in section 207(a) of the International Religious Freedom Act of 1998 (22 U.S.C. 6435(a)) so that it covers fiscal years 2027 and 2028 instead of fiscal years 2025 and 2026. It would also change the date on which the Commission's authorization ends in section 209 of that Act (22 U.S.C. 6436), replacing September 30, 2026 with September 30, 2028, so the Commission would remain authorized through that later date.
