1. Short title This Act may be cited as the Finish the Arkansas Valley Conduit Act .

2: Arkansas Valley Conduit, Colorado

This section would edit two spots in Public Law 87-590 (76 Stat. 389), the Fryingpan-Arkansas Project Act, as that law was previously amended (76 Stat. 390; 123 Stat. 1320-1321): the second sentence of subsection (c) of the Act's first section, and section 2(b)(3)(A). The edits would add a without-interest qualifier, replace wording about the repayment amount being made up of revenue generated by payments with different funding-source wording, add a word before a later reference to revenue, add a 100-year repayment period, strike a plus-interest phrase, and swap one internal cross-reference for another. Stating what the repayment rule would actually say after these edits requires the current text of Public Law 87-590 (as amended in 2009), which is not in the provided bill text, so this unit is held rather than guessed.
