H.B. No. 2358 AN ACT relating to training required or offered by the Health and Human Services Commission for long-term care facility surveyors, personnel, and providers and ICF-IID program providers. BE IT ENACTED BY THE LEGISLATURE OF THE STATE OF TEXAS: SECTION 1. The following provisions are repealed: (1) Section 247.066(h), Health and Safety Code; (2) Section 533A.066, Health and Safety Code; and (3) Sections 22.039(b-1) and (b-2), Human Resources Code. SECTION 2. This Act takes effect immediately if it receives a vote of two-thirds of all the members elected to each house, as provided by Section 39, Article III, Texas Constitution. If this Act does not receive the vote necessary for immediate effect, this Act takes effect September 1, 2025. ______________________________ ______________________________ President of the Senate Speaker of the House I certify that H.B.
