What it does

Children's Services, Dept. of - As enacted, requires the department and the department of disability and aging to collaborate to ensure that children with an intellectual or developmental disability who are in the custody of the department of children's services or at risk of entering the custody of the department receive appropriate services and supports for individuals with a disability; makes other related changes. - Amends TCA Title 4; Title 8; Title 9; Title 33; Title 37 and Title 52.
