AN ACT to amend Tennessee Code Annotated, Title 66, relative to real property.
BE IT ENACTED BY THE GENERAL ASSEMBLY OF THE STATE OF TENNESSEE:
SECTION 1. Tennessee Code Annotated, Section 66-37-102(4), is amended by adding the
following as a new subdivision:
(E) Any provision of a document requiring a transferor or transferee to pay a fee,
charge, assessment, dues, contribution, deposit, or other amount to purchase, issue,
reissue, maintain, or transfer a club membership that is related to the real property or the
community in which the property is sited.
SECTION 2. This act takes effect upon becoming a law, the public welfare requiring it.
