What it does
Human Resources, Department of - As enacted, requires the department to annually publish on the department's website a report on the temporary assistance for needy families program's and the child care and development fund's balances and expenditures. - Amends TCA Title 71. Companion bill has been assigned Public Chapter Number 1023 by the Secretary of State.
