What it does
Children - As enacted, removes the requirement that grants under the child care improvement pilot program be provided explicitly to nonprofit organizations in order to establish or make improvements to a child care agency. - Amends TCA Title 71. Companion bill has been assigned Public Chapter Number 80 by the Secretary of State.
