Agriculture, Dept. of - As enacted, renames the "Tennessee Meat and Poultry Inspection Act" as the "Tennessee Meat Inspection Act"; revises the act to facilitate the implementation of a state meat inspection program. - Amends TCA Title 53, Chapter 7 and Chapter 380 of the Public Acts of 2023. SB1265 has been assigned Public Chapter Number 463 by the Secretary of State.
