What it does
Real Property - As enacted, revises present law relative to advertising the sale of land to foreclose a deed of trust, mortgage, or other lien securing the payment of money or other thing of value or under judicial orders or process. - Amends TCA Title 35. Companion bill has been assigned Public Chapter Number 515 by the Secretary of State.
