What it does
Local Education Agencies - As enacted, requires a public school under the jurisdiction of an LEA that offers students the opportunity to participate in interscholastic athletic competitions to allow the LEA's virtual school students to participate in interscholastic athletics at the public school in the LEA for which they are zoned and that they are otherwise eligible to attend. - Amends TCA Title 49. SB0690 has been assigned Public Chapter Number 173 by the Secretary of State.
