Williamson County - Subject to local approval, authorizes the board of the Williamson County hospital district to sell real property owned or operated by the hospital district and lease substantially all of the facilities owned or operated by the hospital district if approved by the Williamson County board of commissioners. - Amends Chapter 107 of the Private Acts of 1957; as amended. Companion bill has been assigned Private Chapter Number 37 by the Secretary of State.
