Greenbrier - Subject to local approval, increases salary of aldermen from $120 per month to $300 per month, with no such increase to apply to an incumbent prior to the end of the term for which the elected official was selected; establishes purchasing limits in accordance with state law rather than by specific amounts in charter. - Amends Chapter 207 of the Private Acts of 1996; as amended and rewritten. Companion bill has been assigned Private Chapter Number 36 by the Secretary of State.
