What it does

Drugs, Prescription - As enacted, requires the bureau of TennCare to biannually publish two comprehensive statewide data reports on the use of psychotropic medications and the psychotropic medications' associated costs with certain list categories and data points that must be included in each report. - Amends TCA Title 37; Title 68 and Title 71. Companion bill has been assigned Public Chapter Number 659 by the Secretary of State.
