What it does
Fireworks - As enacted, requires a person who offers sparkling devices for sale and who does not hold a fireworks permit to register each location at which the person offers such devices for sale with the state fire marshal; makes other related changes. - Amends TCA Title 68. Companion bill has been assigned Public Chapter Number 1135 by the Secretary of State.
