What it does

Education - As enacted, authorizes an LEA or public charter school to continue a disciplinary investigation of a student who, during the investigation, withdraws from the LEA or public charter school; authorizes, if the student later reenrolls, the LEA or public charter school to discipline the student in accordance with the LEA's or public charter school's policy based on the results of the investigation. - Amends TCA Title 49. HB2149 has been assigned Public Chapter Number 760 by the Secretary
