What it does

Guardians and Conservators - As enacted, requires a fiduciary's sworn accounting of receipts and expenditures filed annually with the court supervising a guardianship or conservatorship to include the date of the fiduciary's last contact with the person with a disability. - Amends TCA Title 34. Companion bill has been assigned Public Chapter Number 589 by the Secretary of State.
