          AN ACT to amend Tennessee Code Annotated, Title 55, Chapter 50, Part 4, relative to
commercial driver license qualifications.
BE IT ENACTED BY THE GENERAL ASSEMBLY OF THE STATE OF TENNESSEE:
          SECTION 1. Tennessee Code Annotated, Section 55-50-411, is amended by deleting
subdivision (a)(2).
          SECTION 2. This act takes effect upon becoming a law, the public welfare requiring it.
