What it does
Public Records - As enacted, adds provider reimbursement information that is provided to the comptroller of the treasury to the existing list of examples of proprietary information types that are not subject to disclosure as public records. - Amends TCA Section 71-5-142. Companion bill has been assigned Public Chapter Number 610 by the Secretary of State.
