What it does
Flags - As enacted, requires any flag flown over the state capitol building to be flown at half-staff from sunrise to sunset in observance of Pearl Harbor Remembrance Day each December 7. - Amends TCA Section 4-1-406. Companion bill has been assigned Public Chapter Number 824 by the Secretary of State.
