Emergency Communications Districts - As enacted, authorizes a motor vehicle operated by an emergency communications district that is marked as a mobile command vehicle or mobile communications vehicle to display flashing red or white lights or a combination of flashing red and white lights. - Amends TCA Title 55, Chapter 9, Part 4. HB1118 has been assigned Public Chapter Number 106 by the Secretary of State.
