Planning, Public - As enacted, revises the present law provision requiring all multi-family facilities, buildings, and structures constructed under a voluntary attainable housing incentive program to be deed-restricted to ensure that the attainable housing continues for at least 30 years, instead of in perpetuity. - Amends TCA Title 5; Title 6; Title 7; Title 8; Title 9; Title 10; Title 13 and Title 67. HB0863 has been assigned Public Chapter Number 348 by the Secretary of State.
