What it does
Public Records - As enacted, requires the office of open records counsel to facilitate the convening of meetings of the advisory committee on open government, including selecting a date for the required annual meeting in the absence of co-chairs. - Amends TCA Title 8, Chapter 4, Part 6. Companion bill has been assigned Public Chapter Number 370 by the Secretary of State.
