What it does

Real Property - As enacted, requires a buyer engaged in wholesaling real property to disclose certain information related to the buyer's equitable interest in the real property to the seller and a subsequent purchaser. - Amends TCA Title 47 and Title 66. Companion bill has been assigned Public Chapter Number 72 by the Secretary of State.
