What it does

Estates - As enacted, removes the cap on the amount of wages or other compensation owed a deceased employee at the time of the employee's death that an employer shall pay directly to the surviving spouse of the decedent or, if there is no surviving spouse, to the surviving children of the decedent as tenants in common. - Amends TCA Title 30 and Title 31. HB0755 has been assigned Public Chapter Number 194 by the Secretary of State.
